The Opportunity:

• Permanent part-time and or full-time
• Must have full work rights (no sponsorship available)
• 1 year - Aged Care experience needed

Your New Role – Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualised, person-centred care that promotes physical and emotional well-being
• Provide direct clinical care and oversee allied health services
• Report on clinical incidents and care-related events
• Develop and monitor care plans and resident assessments
• Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations and policies
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and policies

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 year of aged care nursing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
• Willingness to obtain:
  • National Police Check
  • Influenza & COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Pre-employment medical check
  • NDIS Check (if required)
